What is the usual turnaround time for returns?Updated 5 months ago

Once you've dropped off your return at the post office, it will be checked in and the refund will be processed.  To prevent a delay in refund, returns must be shipped back within 7 days since the return label was issued.  Do not ship items back through any other means other than the prepaid return label that we provide as packages may be returned to you.
